Sandyside is a 2 bedroom property comfortably accommodating 4, or up to 5 guests with an additional foldaway bed. Located just a short stroll to Sandringham shopping centre, railway station and the beach, everything is within convenient reach.

Enjoy a spacious and sunny, north-facing, open-plan kitchen and living/dining area furnished to the highest standard in a modern, contemporary style. The living room offers comfortable leather sofas, flat screen HD TV with Foxtel, DVD player and mini CD stereo/radio system and ADSL Bigpond broadband internet connection.
Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer along with a stone topped island bench/breakfast bar. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed which can split to 2 singles if required, ensuring comfort for either 2 couples or one couple and 2 children. The second bedroom also has fitted robes.

The bathroom has a separate bath and shower with a WC/powder room adjacent. Ducted heating is provided throughout together with split system air conditioning. The secure rear garden has a generous deck with outdoor dining setting and clothes dryer. A double garage is also available for guest use. The property is located on a bus route to the Southland shopping mall and also the city. Pets welcome on arrangement.

Sandringham is located in the Bayside municipality of Melbourne. Only 15km south of Melbourne’s CBD, Bayside boasts 17 kilometres of stunning foreshore and beaches fronting Port Phillip Bay. It is characterised by the picturesque coastline from Brighton to Beaumaris, water-based activities and quality residential areas featuring stylish homes and traditional shopping villages. There are substantial parks and reserves as well as numerous golf and yacht clubs which emphasis the area’s visual splendour.
