Sandyside is a 2 bedroom property comfortably accommodating 4, or up to 5 guests with an additional foldaway bed. Located just a short stroll to Sandringham shopping centre, railway station and the beach, everything is within convenient reach.
Enjoy a spacious and sunny, north-facing, open-plan kitchen and living/dining area furnished to the highest standard in a modern, contemporary style. The living room offers comfortable leather sofas, flat screen HD TV with Foxtel, DVD player and mini CD stereo/radio system and ADSL Bigpond broadband internet connection.
Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer along with a stone topped island bench/breakfast bar. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed which can split to 2 singles if required, ensuring comfort for either 2 couples or one couple and 2 children. The second bedroom also has fitted robes.
The bathroom has a separate bath and shower with a WC/powder room adjacent. Ducted heating is provided throughout together with split system air conditioning. The secure rear garden has a generous deck with outdoor dining setting and clothes dryer. A double garage is also available for guest use. The property is located on a bus route to the Southland shopping mall and also the city. Pets welcome on arrangement.
