Bayview Apartment offers clean, comfortable accommodation with all the mod cons. The apartment is decorated with modern furnishings and artwork and is 1km from McCrae beach and plaza. It sleeps 5-7 guests.

The main living area features open-plan living and has split system air-conditioning/heating. The lounge has a huge plasma TV, FOXTEL, DVD player and range of dvds, as well as surround sound. There is an MP3 plug in point and an IPOD dock so you can bring your favourite music with you!

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and built in robes. (Sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2 has a triple bunk (double on the bottom, single on top). (Sleeps 3).
The lounge has a sofa bed which can accommodate extra guests. (Sleeps 2).

The kitchen is well designed. Facilities include dishwasher, central oven and cook top.
The dining area seats 6, plus there is additional seating at the breakfast bar. A sliding door leads out to an entertaining deck with bbq and outdoor setting. Enjoy bay glimpses, a glass of wine and your favourite music played through outdoor speakers!
Downstairs the garage has been converted to a games room with table tennis table, TV and stereo system. The table tennis table can be folded up if your car, boat or jetski require garaging. Next to the garage is a large, undercover carport which easily provides further off-street, undercover parking.
The bathroom has a full bath and separate shower. The toilet is adjacent to the bathroom. The laundry includes a washing machine.
The yard is unfenced but offers a grassy area for the kids to play.
Portacot and highchair are available at no extra charge.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.

The property is suitable for families, couples and groups aged 25 years and over.
