Exit from your Bourke Street apartment and everything is at your doorstep. The exterior of this building does not do justice to the inside. The moment you walk past reception and walk into the complex, you will be very pleasantly surprised at the ambience inside.

1884 heritage listed building in the cente of the theatre district: Princess, Regent, Comedy , Her Majesty's, The Athaneum, and Chinatown just a short walk away.

You will not be disappointed.

Walk to fashion boutiques in Collins Street, or walk 20 minutes to Carlton (Little Italy), or you can catch a tram. Bridge Road Richmond is also a short tram ride away for a mecca of discount shopping.

You could also go to the Victoria Market, David Jones Food Section (Department Store), or the Supermarket and buy some food to cook on the BBQ's by the outdoor pool.
