•Main Bedroom (upstairs) - King sized bed, walk in robes, fully equipped ensuite and private balcony with cafe table and chairs (the morning croissant and coffee hideaway!) & a plasma TV
•Bedroom 2(downstairs) - Queen sized bed, built in robes, loads of cupboard space.
•Bedroom 3 (downstairs) – 1 Bunk with double on lower level and single on upper level and trundle. This room has built-in robes.
All bedrooms have extra blankets and warm doonas.
Located downstairs is the main bathroom, with toilet, bath and separate shower. Adjacent to this is a powder room with toilet.
All bedding and bath towels are supplied for all guests. Bathmats, face washers and hand towels included. Please bring own beach towels.

Local Attractions
Inverloch is approximately 140 kilometres south east of Melbourne
With the well sheltered Anderson Inlet, Inverloch is a popular seaside destination offering excellent boat launching facilities and protected waters. Anderson Inlet, a haven for wind surfers and other water based activities is shallow and has been described as the most popular estuary in the State. It is constantly changing and at low tide its sandy bottom is exposed and many species of waterbirds banquet on the shores.
The large resident population ensures that most services and facilities are provided in and around the busy retail centre.
To help admire the awesome scenery or to swim or surf at any of the beaches, car parks, walkways and stairs are easily accessible.
You can drive the Bunurong Coastal Drive, a stunning 14-kilometre stretch of road between Inverloch and Cape Paterson that hugs the coastline and provides an abundance of photographic opportunities. Look out for 'Eagles Nest' - a large rock structure adjacent to the coastline that resembles the top half of a map of Australia.

Visit a Day Spa, Art galleries, Farmers market or grab a surf lesson.
Inverloch is only 20 minutes from the famous Phillip Island precinct which features the acclaimed attractions such as the iconic penguin parade which is a daily event at the Phillip Island nature park and occurs at about 9pm throughout summer. Other features to visit include the landmark Knobbies region, the park's spectacular boardwalk path along the natural sea bird gardens of the headland.
For one long weekend in October, the Grand Prix circuit becomes a sprawling temporary city for the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix. The rest of the year it hosts various automotive activities including go-carts and hot laps with an experienced race driver. There is even slot car racing!
