We have ensured you will stay warm in Winter and cool in Summer with reverse cycle heating and cooling in every room.
Two outdoor dining/entertaining zones. One off central dining area with 4 burner BBQ. The second is off the downstairs living area which serves as a sunny retreat with a bookshelf stocked with a choice of great books and other reading material.
Upstairs open plan kitchen/dining. Dining area includes 8 seater dining table, buffet containing stereo, CD with MP3 connection - plug in your IPOD and relax with your own music.
The fully appointed kitchen contains all the latest in European appliances. This is a cooks kitchen with granite benchtops, heaps of utensils and baking accessories to whip up anything from your latest cookbooks! Serve it up on your 12 piece dinner set.

This 3 bedroom Townhouse can sleep up to 8 and includes Master Bedroom with walk in robes and ensuite.
Bedroom features include:
·Main Bedroom (upstairs)- King Sized Bed, walk in robes, fully equipped ensuite and private balcony with cafe table and chairs (the morning croissant and coffee hideaway!)
·Bedroom 2(downstairs)- Queen Sized Bed, bulit in robes, loads of cupboard space for suitcases etc.
·Bedroom 3 (downstairs)– 1 Bunk with double on lower level and single on upper level and trundle stored at base if required. Built in robes.
All bedrooms have extra blankets and warm dooners.
Located downstairs is the main bathroom, with toilet, bath and seperate shower. Adjacent to this is a powder room with toliet.
All bedding and bath towels are supplied for all guests. Bathmats, face washers and handtowels included. Please bring own beach towels.
Children are well accommodated with stairguard, high chair, plastic cups, bowls and plates.
7 Townhouses occupy this property with access to our Townhouse via communal driveway which ensures regulated access.
Adjoining double lock up garage can fit 2 cars or small boat and car. Access to Townhouse can be gained from inside the garage through the laundry.
Walk out the door and stroll down to be the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops.
