HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Comfortable 2 bdrm beach house. Sleeps 6 with extra day bed in sunroom and comfy bed on back deck for lazing on.

Privately managed - not associated with any real estates.

Your pets are welcome to stay on the back deck and in the fully fenced yard.

Bedroom 1 - 1 x double bed + 1 x single bunks
Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen bed
Loungeroom - TV, DVD, CD/Radio

The house is decorated in a classic 1950's beach style, but has all the modern trimmings needed to make your stay very comfortable. The well-appointed kitchen has everything for the discerning chef, so you just need to bring along your favourite ingredients. We even have a herb garden out the back for you to use!

Relax in the bath with some candles and a glass of wine or sit on the back deck and watch the world go by - this house is made for relaxing.

The yard is flat and fenced for your kids and pets to play in and there is room for your boat as well.

LOCATION AND LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Located centrally in the peaceful fishing village of Wooli. The isolated surfing beach is 100m across the road and the serene Wooli river is visible from the back deck.

Walk to the bowls club for a good old fashion chinese meal and a drink or stroll across to the cafe or kiosk for fish and chips or a hot chocolate in Winter.

The Oyster Shack across te road sells fresh seafood for you to cook on your own BBQ while watching the sun set. Or throw a line in and catch your own!

An ideal place for your annual holiday or as a peaceful stop-over halfway between Brisbane and Sydney. Located 1.5 hours drive from Coffs Harbour, 4 hours from Brisbane and 2 hours from Byron Bay.

We love this house and the beautiful peaceful surrounds of Wooli. We hope you you will too!
