Standard nightly rate - $190 midweek, $220 weekend ($1000 per week)
Long weekend nightly rate - $250 (min 3 nights)
School holiday nightly rate - $220 ($1500 per week)
January rate - $1950 per week (Sat to Sat bookings min 7 nights)
This home has 3 generous bedrooms (Bed 1 - 1 queen, 1 single, 1 trundle. Bed 2 - 1 queen. Bed 3 - bunks, single, trundle and portacot). It has a large open plan dining space, comfortable lounge area with wood fired heater, TV & DVD, modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher as well as an additional small separate studio with 2nd TV & DVD and futon (ideal for kids play room). Ideal for two small families, 1 large family or small groups of friends wanting a special get together.
The home is in an extremely quiet street on a corner allowing privacy and two off street car areas. The large outdoor deck is the perfect al fresco dining space. The front garden faces north and is filled with established native trees and shrubs. The Kiosk beach is an easy 5 minute walk via the prestigous Surf Parade and down the beach track. The beach is kid friendly with pristine rock pools, safe swimming and with a bit of luck you may even catch a fish! What more could you ask for?
Owners reserve the right to refuse any booking
50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to booking date
A bond of $350 is required and will be fully refunded upon inspection of the property following the booked dates and return of the keys.
Payment is by direct internet deposit
Check In is no earlier than 2.30pm on the first date of booking. Check Out is no later than 10.00am after the last booked night.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
$1000 weekly rate (outside school holidays and public holidays). $220 per night school holiday rate (2 night minimum). $250 per night Easter, long Weekend and Moto GP rate (Easter and Cup minimum 4 nights).
