A 10 minute stroll takes you down to Balmoral Beach where you can enjoy a lovely swim or relaxing walk along the shore to meet friends, and on occasions, enjoy fish and chips from the famous Bottom of the Harbour fish shop!
The apartment's lounge and dining area shares the view, along with the well appointed open plan kitchen which boasts Smeg and Bosch appliances.There is a generous hallway leading out to two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and continues on to your private courtyard. High ceilings throughout add to the feeling of space; and, because of the aspect of the apartment, cooling nor'easterly breezes throughout Summer remove the need for air conditioning.
