The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms were lovely and the bedrooms and living areas were clean and spacious. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. This peaceful retreat offers a great getaway for families at a reasonable rate. Thank you!"

  • "We all had a relaxing time at Lakeside which is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The interior is inviting with spacious open plan living and ideal for a family holiday. The absolute lakeside location at the backdoor is just wonderful and was enjoyed by all throughout the day. It was particlarly stunning at sunset as we watched the swans move gently across the lake. A truly peaceful location. We would highly recommend a stay at Lakeside Delight."

  • "Our stay at Lakeside was work related. The checkin was friendly and professional. The house has been lovingly restored and is very comfortable .With three males staying together it was large enough to not get under each others feet. And the ensuite is a bonus. Good sized rooms and kitchen is great if cooking for yourself. Nice to relax on back enclosed verandah with views to lake and unwind after a hectic day. Central location."

  • "We stayed for a long weekend at Lakeside Delight. The property was immaculate, very comfortable and peaceful. Having the air con was an added bonus as it was pretty warm during our stay. The bird life around the property was plentiful and we even saw black swans one morning on the lake The daily rate was fantastic and much cheaper than a local resort complex with the added benefit of much more space available to us. The location makes it very easy to visit surrounding places of interest. The owners were very helpful and provided added extras like milk tea sugar etc, and we were able to hire bed linen and towels at a reasonable rate. I would very much recommend lakeside delight, the name says it all"
