1-hour drive from Perth, Beach Break Villa provides a relaxed atmoshphere with beautiful ocean/bushland views and sunsets from upstairs balcony.
This child friendly villa is situated in a safe, secure complex providing private access to a white sandy beach.
Amenities include heated pool, full-sized tennis court, activities room with table tennis, lovely gardens and is next to a large parkland/BBQ area with children's playground.
Quality fixtures/fittings throughout with 2 x queen bedrooms, 1 x twin bunk bedroom, comfortably sleeping 8. Separate bathroom, toilet, TV/DVD lounge area on both levels.
You may self cater in the well-equipped kitchen and outside BBQ area or use the cafe/restaurant.
If relaxing and lounging around the pool is not enough, perhaps the 9-hole golf course (lawn greens) & bowling green at the nearby Country Club, fishing walking or dolphin watching on the beach, off-road driving on the surrounding tracks and dunes, cycling the roads/pathways around the complex & town may be of more interest?
Nearby places of interest are Lancelin, Gin Gin, Moore River, Seabird with New Norcia and the pinnacles close enough to visit in a day.
Everything is provided (except food, drink and beach towels) for you to have a wonderful holiday break.
