"Olivers Cottage' has been happily accommodating guests for nearly three years now, it is only a stones throw from the main street of Cessnock & only five minutes from all the Hunter has to offer. Amazing vineyards & wineries, great restaurants and many other Pokolbin attractions. Our cottage has three large bedrooms ( two with queens size & one with two single beds ) perfectly suited for two or three couples. Both queen bedrooms are air-conditioned, the third bedroom has ' Ecopanels 'for warmth, linen & bath towels are supplied and our kitchen has all you need for self catering, stove, microwave, fridge etc. Our lounge has air-conditioning, comfortable lounges, large television, and digital tv reception for your leisure times. Whilst trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we have installed solar hot water and also a 1.5kw solar panel electricity system, also planting new shade trees and shrubs for your enjoyment.
All you need is your personal items and your weekend or week stay is complete. As we are local people we can advise you on what to see & do in our area. We have an experienced knowledge of both the Pokolbin & surrounding area, we can escort you on exciting visits to National parklands, great viewing areas or just memorable wine & food tasting tours, just ask us and we will oblige.

As 'Olivers Cottage' is owned by Rod & Rita Hunt former owners of the well known 'Wine Country Cafe`' at the Wine Country Visitors Information Center. We can arrange for a great picnic in our area if you require. We are also able to help you plan your itinerary on what to do whilst visiting our region. I am sure you will enjoy your stay with us.

50% deposit required at time of booking, balance payable minimum one week prior to arrival date. Minimum two night stay Fri / Sat.. nights
Rates are for 4 persons using two bedrooms, if third bedroom is required then $35 per person per night is extra. ( Maximum 6 persons )
If you have a small child we can supply you a babies cot & stroller , just ask.
