Tranquil, very sunny double story country House in Matcham on 1.5 acres, 8 minutes from the beaches,restaurants & shops of Terrigal.Very safe & lots of area for children to play. Two minutes from The Ken Duncan Gallery on The Entrance Road. Erina Fair(shop till you drop) and many other activities movies, golf, fishing, walks ect. nearby.
If you just want quiet and peacefulness this is the place to be Many types of birds to be seen.
The beautiful Hunter Valley is only an hours drive from here.
The house accomodates 8 people comfortably 2 queen, 1 Doubles & 2 king single beds also has two camping beds extra for max 10 people. Includes Foxtel & BBQ

"A delightful, beautifully appointed home with a lovely outlook. Everyone, including the kids felt completely at home. Horse riding at Glenworth Valley was only 40 mins away and the Hunter Vineyards were only an hours drive away. Our hosts were generous and accomadating. It is the perfect spot to lose yourself in a great book in one of the comfortable sofas overlooking the lush gardens. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend."

"This lovely house is beautifully maintained and lovingly kept. Our host were very accommodating to our small children and made us feel very welcome. There was plenty of room for our two families to hang out together but also have privacy when required.The kitchen was packed with everything one would have at home and more. The garden was a highlight for us and the kids especially as the leaves were turning in the lovely autumn weather - a stunning spectacle. Thanks for a great weekend and your warm hospitality. "We absolutely loved every inch of the property! It was beautiful, the detail and care taken by the owners is clearly evident and the amazing service provided could not be faulted. The location was great, quiet and secluded yet close to shoping centre, beaches etc. The house was beautiful and far exceeded all expectations.
