Hawkesbury Retreat is a water access only, at Marlow on edge of the Hawkesbury River. 1 hour north of Sydney off the F3 highway below Mt. White & 1.5 hrs south of Newcastle. Located 500 metres down river from point of embarkation & carpark in 3.9 metre runabout provided for your stay.

This is a lovely 2BR Air conditioned & open fire home (on 2 levels) now with Foxtel basic + sport at now cost, provides stunning views on waking & magnificent sunsets. You can take in the beauiful views at breakfast and catch dinner from your pontoon or out in the boat. Marlow has abundant birdlife.

Marlow is just 15 mins. upriver from the renowned Pete's Bite Restaurant if you would like to linger over a long lunch with your guests. Or, travel 3 minutes upriver for a superb Spencer "Big Breakfast" or just a great cappuccino.

The Hawkesbury Retreat is a roomy tastefully furnished house equiped with all appliances and balconies on 3 levels. The dining/lounge has open fire (wood supplied), polished wood floors, leather lounge and fully equipped kitchen occupies one level of the house. There is air conditioning on 2 levels. Modern bathroom & laundry. Large TV/Stereo/DVD. Furnished decks, 2 levels, gas BBQ, own pontoon for boat supplied or bring your own, max size 5.5m. 2 canoes available (optional at a fee).

SLEEPING CONFIGURATION

The house sleeps 4 in 2 roomy bedrooms, both opening onto deck with stunning views of the river. Bed Linen is available at $25 per bed. Dooners, throws and pillows supplied. The main bedroom also has air conditioning.
