Austar TV in two rooms - Direct Deposits over the phone -Walking distance to Sundays Farmers Markets

Situated in one of Noosa's most sort after suburbs for proximity to both Hastings St, Noosaville and Sunshine Beach. A 15 minute walk to Noosa's world famous surf beach, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, Noosaville's eat street and the Noosa National Park. Don't be taken in thinking you will not want a car in Noosa and only enjoy the main beach area as our Hinterland and river areas are both 'must explore' attractions. e.g. Lunch in Mapleton or walking your dog along Sunshine Beach in the mornings.

Being opposite to Webya estuary you can also walk to Webya bridge for fishing, or an easy stroll straight from the front path to the Noosa Farmers Market on Sunday morning. Our favourite thing to do on Sunday morning.

Fish, swim or surf on the nearby sandy beaches. Off street parking is available. Minimum stay two nights. Monthly stays can be negotiated.

Organic bathroom range with every stay - Mukti Botanicals.

Pets by arrangement and we can also send you links for hiring goods for young babies. Babies cot in Ensuite to main bedroom.

The Noosa Bioshpere - The former Noosa shire was declared a Biosphere Reserve by the United Nations Education Scientific Organisation (UNESCO) on Sept. 20th, 2007. • "Thankyou Nestled in Noosa for a well needed holiday, the pool is lovely and the house very well equipped for a large group. "

  • "Thank you for sharing your house with us. We all (6 adults and 3 children) really enjoyed our stay. Thank you from Zane (the dog) who was also made very welcome. From the moment you arrive it is like being in your own world. All of the windows looking out at the trees are fantastic and the balconies are awesome. The pool area is just gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. It was very relaxing. I really loved being able to have family and friends over for dinner and there was plenty of space for everyone to sit back and relax. We attended a wedding at Sunshine Beach Surf Club. Had a sensational dinner at Trios on the River at the Noosa Marina (yummy seafood chowder). Lunch at the Noosa Reef Hotel. The house is so conveniently located to so many great places to eat out or pick up some fresh food and cook at home. The Seafood Market at Noosa Junction is fantastic! The only disappointing thing was having to go home. I could have stayed forever. Thank you again Gina. I really appreciated your kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity to ensure we had a hassle free and relaxing break. "

  • "Thanks so much Gina for a wonderful stay. We went to the farmers market, got some lovely breads, french pastries, fruit and vegetables and well as some yummy yogurts. WE loved the house, had some great bbq near the pool. We were a big group of 12, eleven adults and one child but there was plenty of room for all. Will recomend to all our friends. by the way you have a lovely neighbour. "

  • "Gina, Thank you for everything we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and we thought Noosa was a pretty dreamy place! Loved the Sunday feel market - Yum. Totally recommended. "

  • "Fantastic property in great location. Was everything promised and more."

  • "Fantastic home, with plenty of room. easily accommodated 6 adults, (2 couples and 2 singles) Well furnished with plenty of different areas to laze around. Grounds are very leafy and tropical. Only downside is pool is well shaded and could be a little cool any other time than during the heat of summer."
    Guy, May 2010

  • "The first impression we had of the house was how much it felt like a home. We really appreciated the touches like books and cds left out for us to use, the bottle of bubbly in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom, comfortable beds and good quality bedding. The house itself was spotless and very spacious for our family of 5 and visiting friends. We loved all the decks we could choose from to sit on for meals. Thanks to Gina for making our stay such a happy one."
    Karin, April 2010

  • "We spent 4 nights at this property, not long enough, the house is sensational, 10 in our party, ample space for everyone, loved all the little balconies, enabled all to escape and enjoy some quiet time. Wonderful pool, all in all we had a fabulous time, highly recomended."

  • "Great House. Very Homely and loved the pool! Visited with my whole family including grown up siblings and partners, parents and grandad. All loved it..Will definately stay again in the future."

  • "Nestled in Noosa was a great place to stay with my family. The pool is awesome & the kids loved it! It was a 30 minute walk to the heart of Noosa (with a pram) a bit longer than quoted online. It was cool with fans in each room, but for Victorians in the middle of summer air conditioning would have been better. Gina was very accomodating and allowed our friends to bring their dog to an Australia day BBQ. The photos didn't do it justice. The place is much nicer and bigger than it appears on stayz. The balcony near the pool hosted a BBQ for 10 adults and 5 kids comfortably. Nestled in Noosa is highly recommended for a family affair."
