House layout-Listers sleeps 6 people.There are three bedrooms all with latex mattresses and luxury linen. Two bedrooms downstairs both with built in robes. One with queen size bed,one with two single beds and an extra TV and DVD player.There is a bathroom downstairs with bath,shower and toilet.The master bedroom is upstairs,queen size bed and ensuite with shower and toilet.Also upstairs is large kitchen with Gas stove and oven,dishwasher and all kitchen utensils.There is a large open plan living and dining area complete with large digital flat screen TV and DVD player.Large entertainment deck and BBQ area upstairs to take in the great views and private sunny courtyard out the back.
Pets welcome outside (on the deck) yard is not fully fenced.

Listers is 3 1/2 hrs south of Sydney and 2.5 hrs from Canberra.
Mollymook is situated in the Shoalhaven which is renowned for its white sandy beaches,great surfing and fishing, scenic rivers & lakes with national parks and mountain ranges as a backdrop.
Neighbouring towns Milton, Mollymook, Burrill Lake are all within 5 minutes drive. Jervis Bay Marine Park is 40 minutes north & Batemans Bay is 40 minutes south.
