The house is newly renovated with polished floors and a large sun deck perfect for the late afternoon drink and BBQ.
Renovations also completed to kitchen with new ceramic cook top and oven. All other cooking equipment brand new.
Fullly furnished with new leather lounges and queen bed plus tribed sleeping 1 single and 2 double. Sofa bed also available.
Small front porch with lovely views over the golf course to Wollami and the ocean. This can also be seen from the master bedroom.
The house is located in a quite area close to the cemetary with lots of open space and room to move around particularly if quests are wanting to walk a dog or stroll in the morning sun shine to the ocean beach and the cliff top walks to Kilcunda and the old railway bridge.
The San Remo town centre is a leisurely 15 to 20 minute stroll via the back beach and offers all the modern conveniences one would expect. Cafes, bakeries and specialty stores and restrauants are all year round open.
The area is renound for the motorcycle GP and regular V8 events.
World class surfing competitions are conducted here at Woolamai and near Cowes where the Penguins return nightly.
Churchill Is is heritage listed as a working historical farm and every month a local specialty produce market is held there drawing large crowds to taste their wares.
Water sports of all types, fishing, sailing and other leisure activities are conducted with gusto by the locals.
Golf courses and other more active persuits are readily available.
San Remo and Phillip Is are world renowned for their sites of natural beauty. Clear blue sunlight skies accentuate the Ocean views from pristine beaches to rugged surf crashing on exposed rocks. All this is a regular back drop to the rolling hills , farmland and quiet natural beauty.
Penguins and seals dance around in the many small inlets and coves the surround the island and compete for food with the gullls, pelicans and other bird life.
Their is nothing more stimulating than walking the tracks on the island to sit, contemplate and appreciate.
