Just imagine waking every morning to the sight of a magical sunrise over the Pacific Ocean. Stroll to pristine Sapphire Beach or laze on your large private balcony with ocean views as you listen to the birds sing.

Sunrise sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.

The master bedroom has two Queen size chiropractic beds, an ensuite and a private balcony with garden view.

The second and third bedrooms are light, bright, comfortable and private. Each have a chiropractic Queen size bed.

The second lounge has two single day beds with comfortable innerspring mattresses.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, full size oven, gas cooktop and dishwasher. With its large picture window of the ocean it is a pleasure to prepare your gourmet delights in.

The separate dining room has a table and seating for eight and has its own view of the ocean and sliding door to the large balcony.

The main lounge has two large couches and will easily seat 10 comfortably. Watch a movie on the 105cm plasma TV, look out through the ceiling to floor, full length windows or just read a book.

Step out through the sliding doors to the large deck, smell the BBQ cooking, the sound of the waves on the beach and the birds chirping in the sub tropical gardens. Gaze out at the Split Solitary Islands in the opal coloured sea. Enjoy your BBQ in the temperate Coffs Coast weather or watch the electrical storms over the ocean.

Maybe you want to watch another TV channel. have a quiet conversation or play cards or a board game. Then take the opportunity to use the second TV/lounge room. With comfortable couch, television, games, books and cards and peaceful garden views, it is a pleasure to sit here and relax.

Sunrise is so close to all everyday requirements. The Moonee Beach Tavern and Shopping Centre (includes Coles Supermarket) is only 2 kms north. Park Beach Shopping Centre (120 specialty shops) is only 7kms south.

Of course Sunrise is at the heart of what the Coffs Coast has to offer. With its many golden beaches, 20 National Parks, State Forests and nature reserves and abundant wildlife, Coffs Coast can keep everyone interested.

How about adventure choose from sky-diving, scuba diving, white water rafting, horse riding, game fishing, surf rafting or surf board riding. Family fun is plentiful too - whale watching, water slides, indoor rock climbing, go-karting, fishing, taking in a movie or a picnic on the beach or shady riverbank.
