Description
We are situated 10 kms from both Lancelin and Ledge Point townsites, close to all amenities, beautiful beaches and splendid country side. Please be advised that the accomodation is located on the ground floor of our house and may be rented as a complete unit, (POA) or as seperate rooms. The accomodation consists of a Queen ensuite room, a Queen bed room, a Twin room with one double and one king single bed and a second bathroom. The room rate including breakfast is for up to 2 persons, any additional persons incur additional charge.Rates start from $130 per night. All rooms have access to a fully equiped kitchen and a large rumpus room which incorporates TV/DVD. A BBQ is in the courtyard for our guests to use. Guests are invited to wander the Olive grove and all areas with the exception of our machine area.
All rooms have their own deck overlooking the olive trees and with ocean views. The guest rooms are all housed on the ground floor with easy access and parking.No facilities are shared with your hosts.
We now have a fully self contained 6 bed cottage available which is ideal for families and groups. We welcome well behaved dogs in The Shack but not the main house.
We are within easy reach of winerys, extreme sports activities and many beaches for fishing, swimming and all watersports.Now within 40 minutes of the Pinnacles, making it a very pleasant day trip.
Also ideally situated for your business trip to the area.

Meals, specials and extras.
A breakfast is included for those staying in the main house, as well as juice and assorted cereals and our very popular fresh home baked bread. .If you will be arriving late in the day we are able to supply a meal on request, as well as prepare you a picnic basket for the following day, for that special occasion or just for a sightseeing trip of the area.
For those who want to go fishing your host is available to take you to the spots, show you how and we have rods and gear available if you dont have it.
Happy to give advise on fishing spots and what is being caught.

Eco friendly
The property is an architecturely designed, quality, rammed earth and corrugated iron building, with large windows, strategicaly situated to take full advantage of our cooling seabreezes, warming sun in winter and magnificent views.
We are energy efficient, utilising solar heating, and electricity, passive design and have several rainwater tanks as well as mains supply and bore. Our olives are grown under an organic philosophy and reticulated with bore water.
Our primary produce is premium quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as well as Premium Olives, bottled here in our workroom. While you are here you can sample our oil from our workroom at our tasting sessions. If you like our oil you can purchase it from our workroom, subject to availability.
