This brand new, multi-million dollar, absolute riverfront, luxury home in Yamba is being offered for the first time for exclusive holiday rental. Perched on the banks of the Oyster Channel it has deepwater access to the ocean only a few minutes away via the mighty Clarence River.

Explore the waterways by boat or use one of the kayaks supplied or just laze on the front deck sipping a glass of champagne whilst watching one of our famous sunsets. Cook up a storm on the teppanyaki bar or inside in the gourmet kitchen - or have a dinner party cooked for you by our talented, local gourmet chef.

This home has 3 bedrooms and a study/single bed and 2 1/2 baths and can sleep 6 adults and 2 children. It is suitable for families or ask us about our special wedding night or honeymoon packages.

Yamba is fast becoming a sophisticated, yet lay-back, holiday destination with the town providing all the facilities and eateries you would expect to find in much larger coastal towns. With 8 uncrowded beaches facing different directions, when the wind is blowing you can always find a spot with a good little wave and no wind. Not a beach person? Then take a plunge in our fully-tiled, courtyard pool located off the living area in the middle of the property, protected from all winds.

Seralia is a haven to pamper yourself and unwind without the pressures of the outside world. Enjoy the stocked pantry or wine selection, have an in-house massage on the second floor secluded balcony, or kick back and choose your favourite DVD to watch in the dedicated media room.

Bring your own boat or yacht and moor at our 10m pontoon, or try your luck with catching one of the bream
or flathead that live here.

Property Layout

Ground floor consisting of 2 Luxury QS bedrooms, a trundle single bed for kids, bathroom and guest toilet, dedicated media room, living/dining/kitchen across the rear overlooking river. There is a large 2 car garage for security parking.

Outside in the courtyard is a fully-tiled pool with water feature and spa jet corner seat. The front balcony overlooking the river has a bbq kitchen and teppanyaki bar leading onto expansive decks, with steps leading down to a lower deck with access to the 10m pontoon.

First floor consists solely as a retreat with a kingsized bed, TV sitting area, kitchenette & bar area, double shower, free-standing spa bath, separate wc & bidet, and a room-size walk-in-robe. The huge front balcony is perfect to sit with a favourite book or indulge yourself in a relaxing massage.
