Absolute beachfront property recently renovated and located right on a beautiful swimming beach suitable for children of all ages and excellent for water skiing, kite surfing, canoeing and fishing. Total privacy guaranteed with electric gates revealing your own tennis court - the prime location on the beach waiting for you as your front garden. 100 yards to the rear of the property is the renowned Pipe Clay Lagoon which is perfect for launching your boat, catching flathead and salmon or watching the crabs go about their business. The property is perfect for children with secure fencing and gates.

The Beach House has 5 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds, 1 with twin beds and a children's nursery with permanent cot/cot bed and 2 bathrooms. Austar and wireless broadband internet access are included - bring your laptop or use the computer in the house. 106cm plasma TVs in the lounge room and the master bedroom make for great viewing and soundsystems are IPOD compatible. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, separate freezer, oven, hob, microwave and coffee maker. The private deck overlooking the tennis court and Pipe Clay Lagoon is the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ - hopefully the fish caught that day. The Beach House has the prime position on the beach and is only 25 minutes from Hobart and 20 minutes from Hobart Airport

horse riding, shopping and great restaurants are all close by

If you get tired of the water there are plenty of other options close at hand. Several horse riding options are located within 10 minutes drive. Royal Hobart and the Tasmanian Golf Course are both within 20 minutes drive. Hobart has a plethora of great restaurants to suit all wallets and we are happy to make recommendations.   • "What a fantastic find for a relaxed, quality, indulgent and family-oriented vacation. Our three kids (11, 7 and 4) had a splendid time playing tennis and cricket on the court (& collecting the tennis balls from the park next door!); swimming and sand play and cricket on the very swim-safe beach; swimming; walking the beach, river mouth & neighbourhood in safety; watching sport and DVDs on the plasma in what they called the 'movie theatre'; using this as a base for great explorations into Hobart and Port Arthur. We felt right at home and welcomed, safe, secure and unwound within hours of arrival. Yes, it's worth every cent and exceeds all you could find on the Victorian coastline.   • "A truly enjoyable family destination in a very well appointed beach house. The house sits directly above the beach and adjacent to a park. The beach is very kid friendly and we took great pleasure sitting on the rear deck of the house, watching our children play in the sand. Satellite TV was a bonus, as was wireless internet. All of the fixtures and furnishings are high quality. All of the above and a tennis court too!"

The views are wonderful, only 20 mins or so from the city and everything you could wish for in the house. Its luxury with a holiday feel.
