Surfbreaker is a fully self contained, open plan, ecologically sound getaway which is private and ultra relaxing.
This state of the art 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom, fantastic beach house is absolutely brand new and less than 100 metres from the beach with beautiful day and night time views accross the ocean to Apollo Bay from the enormous wrap around deck off the living area. Sleeps 10.

There are floor to ceiling windows flooding the house with light and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms are oversize and the master bathroom has a wonderful spa bath, ideal for a romantic getaway or soothing relaxation.

Location and a luxury getaway

Downstairs once through the foyer, there is one room with 2 sets of bunks sleeping 4 and another room with 2 singles which can be made up as a king bed. These rooms share a bathroom and there is a seperate toilet.

There is a huge outdoor deck which looks out over the Southern ocean perfect for easy entertaining and long lovely lunches! There is also secluded wind-proof courtyard.

The 3 spacious bedrooms all have ocean views as does the large open plan entertaining area plus there is a separate small sitting area downstairs and additional TV for the kids.

The house is air conditioned and has a gas Jetmaster fireplace plus off street parking and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Skenes Creek is just 5 kilometres from Apollo Bay on the spectacular Great Ocean Rd, "one of the most beautiful coastal drives in the world".

There are 3 other houses available for rent in the same area, close by is Beach Gum, a new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and we also have The Treehouse and the Deckhouse just a bit further up the gentle slope which all have magnificent ocean views and all sleep 4 or 6. For a larger gathering Willowhaven is ideal. If you have a large group but still would like your own space, renting a couple or all of these fantastic beach houses together would be ideal.
