The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and the third with a very comfortable single bed and trundle which can be pushed together to make another queen size bed if required. The house accommodates 5-6 people. The house is light, bright and welcoming. It is beautifully furnished with inviting couches and comfy beds. The lovely kitchen includes stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking implements etc. There is a full bathroom and a second shower and toilet in the fully equipped laundry. Outside there is a built in BBQ. There is a split system air conditioner in the living area and a ceiling fan in each bedroom.
Summerland Point is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from Sydney and is a quiet and serene place. The lake, which is right on your doorstep, changes with the breeze and there is always something new and wonderful to take in. It is a safe waterway for swimming and water sports and a lovely place to stroll along the lakeshore. You can wander round to Sandy Beach or go the other way to the local shops where there is a newsagent, post office, supermarket, garage, bottleshop, Thai Restaurant, bakery, and take-away outlets. The boat ramp is only 500 metres from the house should you wish to bring your boat, and there are playgounds near the boat ramp as well as at Sandy Beach for the youngsters to enjoy.
The house is very comfortable and appealing. It is fresh, clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. There is a television/DVD/VCR and a CD player/radio for your enjoyment. There are a selection of DVD's and CD's for your use and you might enjoy getting stuck into one of the books during your stay. There is a hairdryer and iron and ironing board should you need them.
