This elevated first floor modern apartment has great sea views , accommodates up to 6 persons : The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, bedroom No2 holds a double bed and a single bed. Additionally there is a trundle bed . There are two dining areas , an Al- Fresco dining area which is superb for breakfast and Lunch . Also two separate outdoor areas provide a spacious environment. BBQ facility with outside dining a large Plasma, FOXTEL available - Internet connection available. just a stone throw away from the water.

The location is PERFECT you are 15metre from water line, dont have to cross any roads for Swimming Walking ,relaxing on the beach. Sailing Fishing kyaking (yes Kyak Rental shop nearby) and wind surfing all possible. Keast Park contains a birdwatch walk along the foreshore approx 5K walk. BBQ & playgroung facilties available. Next door is the Carrum Bowling Club with a great a Cafe facing the water for breakfast and simply coffee and Tea . A short walk will take you to the Riviera Pub where you will be able to have great Mea .
Kananook Creek has a fantastic walking and bike track. Patterson lakes has bike and walking Tracks and heaps of water activities.

"Lovely modern, spacious appartment and very clean! Five of us stayed here, Myself and husband and our 3 children and there was ample room and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. The only thing we could have doen with was a couple more pots/pans for the kitchen of a medium size and a few more mugs rather than tea cups - oh and a cheese grater! But otherwise we had a really lovely stay - thank you!"
