The house is ideally located in a quiet street a short walk to a choice of beautiful unspoilt beaches. At the east end of the town there is a bay surf beach with a rockpool ideal for children, rock ledges for fishing and snorkeling and a sand boat launching/retrieval ramp. At the west end of town is a popular surf beach. Both of these beaches are served by life saving clubs. Just around the Cape is a long stretch of rugged surf beach which is favoured by experienced surfers and body boarders. You can walk from here all the way to Harmers Haven and beyond. East of Cape is the Bunurong Marine Park which includes access to several isolated beaches, Eagles Nest and a famous dinosaur fossil site. Inverloch is just past these features, only 10 minutes by car.
As you can see from the photos the house is modern, light and airy. All windows are double glazed for comfortable living. There are five bedrooms with an ensuite to the master. All living areas have tiled floors for easy maintenance. The outdoor living area is a ground level decking protected by a summer shade sail nestled amongst a native garden and is a great spot for BBQ's and relaxing. The yard is fenced and safe for children.

Cape Paterson is only just over an hours drive from Melbourne's eastern suburbs, 30 minutes from Phillip Island and under one hour from Wilson's Promontory.
Wonthaggi offers all shopping, sporting and entertainment and medical facilities and is only 10 minutes away. Nearby Inverloch and Andersons Inlet are just a short drive or bike ride away along a magnificent coastal road.
You can travel inland via rolling hills to the popular towns of Korumburra and Leongatha as well as to peaceful hamlets such as Loch, Meeniyan and Koonwarra where you can dine in quaint cafes and browse through antique and bric a brac outlets.
For golfers there are challenging courses at Wonthaggi, Leongatha, Korumburra, Meeniyan and Cowes.
