Description

Spacious, light filled and harmoniously furnished, this apartment will please the discerning. It is in \'as new\' condition, on one level, has garden all around it and easy access to the fenced outdoor spaces.

Unit 4 is the last of four apartments, is secure and private and 200 metres to the beautiful Inlet beach at the end of the street. The walk along this beach at low tide is not to be missed. The town centre is a 10 minute walk.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom (separate WC). The bedrooms are spacious. Bedroom 1 contains a QS bed. Bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds with room to add the provided top quality fold up bed as well.

Appliances are modern - Large HD TV, VCR, DVD, iPod dock, internet access (on request), dishwasher, microwave, reverse cycle air conditioning, lock up double garage, gas bbq and outdoor setting.

Booking Conditions

Minimum bookings:
7 nights at peak Christmas period ($1,500/week)
3 nights for long weekends, Easter & School Holidays ($200-210/night, $1,280-1,380/week)
2 nights otherwise ($180/night midweek, $400/weekend, $1,180/week)

NOTE: MID-WEEK SPECIAL: Stay 4 nights mid-week, pay for 3: $540. Mid-week nights: Sun - Wed. Not available in school holidays or on long weekends.

Deposit: One third (33.3%) on booking
Balance: To be paid at least 14 days before the booking commences
Payment: direct deposit or cheque/money order

Cancellation: $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: A refund will be given (except for the $50 fee)
Cancellations less than 30 days in advance: The deposit will be retained unless the property is rebooked for the period cancelled. No refunds will be made for early departure once the booking has commenced.

You will need to provide your own linen: Sheets, pillow cases, towels etc.

Inverloch

Inverloch is an extremely appealing seaside village and is suitable for year round holidays. There are beaches to suit everyone including the beautiful and safe Inlet beach at the end of the street, a surf beach (patrolled during the summer season) and stunning selection of rockpool beaches a 5 minute drive away. The \'Dinosaur Dreaming\' dig takes place at the Flat Rocks site each year (all of February in 2009).

Inverloch offers a wide variety of activities: Fishing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Boating, Snorkelling, Golf, Tennis, Walking, Birdwatching etc. A popular jazz festival is held on the labour day weekend in March.

The town offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries as well as periodic local markets. A large shell collection is located on the foreshore at the Bunurong Environment Centre.

Once you arrive at the apartment, you won’t need your car again for your holiday. However if you do feel like a drive, then there are many local attractions. The Bunurong Coastal Drive to Cape Paterson hugs the coastline and offers many photo opportunities. Keep an eye out for Eagles Nest – a large rock formation looking exactly like the top half of a map of Australia. 19 kms away in the opposite direction is Tarwin Lower and the Bald Hills Wetland Reserve. Koonwarra, 20 minutes away, is another appealing village, featuring a range of boutique shops, and if you are feeling enthusiastic you can walk (or ride) the Great Southern Rail Trail from Koonwarra to Leongatha (8km). Korumburra is 28kms away and here you can visit Coal Creek – a recreated coal mining village. Philip Island, with its world famous fairy penguin parade, is a half hour drive. A little further away (one hour) is Wilson’s Promontory, mainland Australia’s southern most native park.
