The 2 story villa has been decorated in warm tones and comprises a fully equipted kitchen, an open plan dining room and sitting room, a laundry and separate toilet. A wide deck stretches across the length of the ground floor.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom and shower. A second bedroom is configured with one King or Two single beds and has an en-suite shower and toilet.

Put simply, we absolutely LOVED our stay in Bergerac villa! It was perfect and just what the doctor ordered after a hectic Christmas. We truly worshipped it and are already looking into when we can come back! The villa was so lovely fresh and clean.

The property is in a perfect location,all of the well known vineyards and restaurants are at your doorstep. The surroundings are very peaceful with gorgeous views from all bedrooms and the loungeroom. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing weekend getaway.
The only thing that I would recommend paying some attention to is the bathroom plumbing, while the water takes a while to heat up it is very hard to control mixing the temperature it was either very hot or freezing cold.
All in all a wonderful and perfect weekend away, thanks to gorgeous accomodation :).

Great spot! My main reasons for being so happy are:
- It's right in the middle of all the wineries
- Both bedrooms have ensuites
- Full kitchen
- Great view from the rear deck and bbq
- Most of all - Clean and tidy
PLUS, it has an ipod dock which was great.

We thought the Villa was perfect, it exceeded our expectations.
We had a fabulous time there and would certainly go back. Everything down to the last detail was organised and we could not be happier with our choice for our honeymoon destination. We were able to organise tours and see alot due to its great location amongst the many local wineries.

This was an excellent weekend. The facilities were modern, clean and well kept and we were grateful for the washer/dryer as it rained most of the weekend!
Music system, tv and dvd were fantastic, and it was good to have 2 full ensuite bathrooms as well as a separate toilet downstairs.
The verandah setting was great to sit out, drink wine and watch the rabbits and kangaroos.
Will most definitely return, children would have loved it too.

My wife, 12 month old and I had a delightful stay at Bergerac Villa. We were all very comfrotable and had everything we needed at our fingertips. We were pleasantly surprised at how family friendly the entire stay was with flexibility to participate in the local activities available at the resort and the fabulous wineries.The main verandah provided the perfect outlook for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our last minute booking was made easy and flexible by the owner. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay to others.

The villa is superbly located in the heart of the Hunter. It is also very well equipped, allowing us to enjoy purchased wines with a self-prepared dinner. To add to the comfort, each of the 2 bedrooms has its own bathroom. A few kangaroos hopping around just added to the charm.

We recently stayed at the Bergerac Villa for a great price through stayz.com, and on arrival were pleasantly surprised with the size, quality and peaceful environment of the accomodation. Further extras included the wildlife just outside our balcony, the convenience offered by the Cypress Lakes shuttle bus, and the reception staff who offered plenty of helpful advice on how to best enjoy the weekend within the Hunter. I recommend this place to others who will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Hunter! And our villa was very accommodating. Located in the Cypress Lakes resort, it benefits from all the resort features, such as spa, golf course, restaurants. We had excellent dinner at the Pipet restaurant on Friday night, which is located just a 10mins walk from the villa.
The villa's host, Philip, was very helpful and flexible. The Villa has all the facilities you need, including an out-door deck, where we enjoyed our breakfasts!
Looking forward to staying here again!
