The Beach House

Description

This comfy beach house is located in a quiet residential area.
Wake to the sounds of the ocean and the singing of the birds.
Perched high on the cliff overlooking beautiful Racecourse Beach and Pacific Ocean.
Two minutes walk to the beach for great swimming,surfing and fishing.
If you're lucky you might spot the whales cruising by and the dolphins playing in the waves.

House sleeps 5. (1 queen size bed, double/single bunk bed).

Lounge, dining, kitchen, sunroom, bathroom, entertainment deck.

Pets more than welcome. The yard is not fenced but the beach below is dog friendly.

Location

Oceanview is located overlooking Racecourse Beach, Ulladulla. 3 hrs south of Sydney and 2.5 hrs from Canberra.

Neighbouring towns... Milton, Mollymook, Burrill Lake are all within 5 minutes drive. Jervis Bay Marine Park is 40 minutes north & Batemans Bay is 40 minutes south. Ulladulla is situated in the Shoalhaven which is renowned for its white sandy beaches, great surfing and fishing, scenic rivers & lakes with national parks and mountain ranges as a backdrop.
