This contemporary 3 bedroom beachfront penthouse apartment is located on the beautiful waters of Wanda beach and is ideal for families or for groups of adults.
Just 2 ½ hrs north of Sydney, the apartment is situated right on the beach, you will relax in minutes... Stroll along the beautiful water’s edge during the day or enjoy the sundrenched private balconies during the evening.
It features spacious and open living areas with plenty of room to unwind. There are 4 comfy sofas in the lounge room, as well as a large dining area. Both the Lounge and the Dining areas open out to the oversized balcony with stunning views of the bay. On the balcony is a new large BBQ and an outdoor setting for you to laze away the days, while watching the kids on the beach just 10 metres away directly in front of you. Or maybe just watching the sunset!
The apartment sleeps 8, with the Master Bedroom having a Queen Sized bed, an en-suite and a balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a Queen Sized bed, with the 3rd bedroom having 2 sets of Bunk Beds. Doonas with cover, pillows and spare blankets are supplied.
There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a Dishwasher, a large Fridge and a Microwave. As well as the usual utensils, crockery and cutlery we have also included some of the more important items, such as Champagne Flutes, Wine Glasses and a Coffee Plunger!
The internal laundry has a Washer, a Dryer and an Iron.
There is a large Double Lock up Garage for your Cars, Bikes, Kayaks & Jet-Skis or other items.

Family Friendly
Enjoy the space yourselves and have some fun on your own, or come with friends, there is plenty of space for 2 families…
The apartment is Just 10 metres to the Water, in a very safe position. Swim, Paddle, Snorkel, bring a boat!
Just in case you are unlucky with the weather or for some fun in the evenings, we have a number of board games in the apartment including Scrabble, Pictionary, Trouble, Uno & Playing cards.
There is a separate TV and Video player in the main bedroom for those “quiet times”
It is less than 20 minutes drive to many great family attractions, including, Toboggan Hill, Whale Watching & Dolphin Cruises, Nelson Bay Cinema, Stockton Sand Dunes etc.

Perfect Getaway for Adults Too

There are plenty of creature comforts for the adults as well, with a Plasma TV, DVD and CD player in the lounge room, 4 Comfortable lounges all with gorgeous bay views and a big BBQ & Fridge for those long summer or winter evenings. Relax with a beer or a glass of champagne and watch the dolphins....
A few minutes’ drive away is the famous Stockton beach, with 4WD access to hundreds of square kilometres of beach driving and sand dunes.
Other attractions include dolphin watch tours, golf courses, golf driving ranges, a go-kart track, horse riding, wineries and more than enough other attractions to fill your holiday time. You may prefer, though, to just lie on the beach and relax...
Centrally located, it is only a few minute\'s walk from Salamander Shores and Soldiers Point Bowling Club, the jetty and boat ramp. ENJOY YOUR STAY IN BLUE WATER PARADISE
