BREAKFAST PROVISIONS (BACON, EGGS (ORANIC),BAKED BEANS, SPAGHETTI, BREAD FOR TOASTING, JUICE) CAN BE SUPPLIED FOR YOU TO COOK IN COTTAGE AT AN EXTRA $7.50 PER PERSON PER DAY.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY, HOWEVER WITHOUT YOUR FOUR FOOTED FRIENDS WE ARE THE PERFECT PLACE TO BREAK A TRIP TRAVELLING ON THE MID NORTH COAST OF NSW, WEEKEND GETAWAY FROM SYDNEY OR NEWCASTLE, AND ENJOY A SLICE OF PARADISE IN A GORGEOUS COASTAL/RURAL LOCATION!

ALL LINEN AND TOWELS SUPPLIED FOR COUPLES- ALL YOU NEED TO BRING ARE BEACH TOWELS. FULLY EQUIPPED SMALL KITCHEN - ALL COOKING OILS, SALT/PEPPER/BUTTER & JAM/HONEY/VEGEMITE SACHETS/COFFEE/TEA/SUGAR/MILK FOR COFFEE SUPPLIED. LARGE BBQ SUPPLIED & UNDERCOVER OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREA, FENCED COURTYARD

DOGS/CATS - FENCED COURTYARD, TRAMPOLINE BED/LINEN,DOG/CAT BOWLS SUPPLIED AND SECURED COURTYARD FOR MOST DOGS - Details regarding size of dogs must be given to hosts before check in to ensure that they can be contained - failure to do so, you agree that the owners are not responsible for animals escaping the courtyard and if our animals/horses are injured you agree that you are responsible and will compensate owners.

$130.00 per 1 night weekends, $95 per night for 2 nights or more weekends or $100.00 per 1 night mid week (school holidays and public holidays excluded - please ask).
If you agree to stay, once you have checked in, we are not responsible for dogs/cats escaping from the cottage grounds and you that it is your responsibility for their welfare and indemnify the owners for this.
Also for Horse or Dog/Cat shows this is the perfect place to break your trip, with your animals (toilet trained dogs/cats only), or stay awhile and enjoy this most beautiful part of the coast.

NOTE - COTTAGE IS SUITABLE ONLY FOR 2 PEOPLE & NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN - DUE TO UNFENCED DAMS.

Nestled in 18 acres your 1 bedroom holiday cottage (double bed) has gorgeous views over rolling hills, abundant birdlife, grazing horses and a wallaby or two. POOL on REQUEST. The beaches of Seal Rocks, (refer to Council or ask us about dogs on beaches in that area) are only mins. in the car, as is Myall Lakes (Neranie) National Park (sorry no dogs). Sandbar/Cellito beach allows dogs on leads and Pacific Palms beaches are 10 - 15 mins away (dogs on leads early mornings). Beaches & Forestry trails for horse riding are close by. Pacific Palms/Smiths Lake is 10 -15 mins. away for shopping, boat hire, restaurants, cafes/galleries, clubs, markets & golf. Bungwahl has a convenience store with fuel & bottle shop facilities.
BREAKFAST PROVISIONS ARE AVAILABLE SEE BELOW AND ARE AN EXTRA COST - USUALLY $15.00 PER DAY FOR A COUPLE

Tariff: $95-$130 per night - All Linen/towels/hairdryer and kitchen extras - salt/pepper/spray oils/butter/tea/coffee/milk for coffee & tea/sugar provided

The self contained cottage sleeps 2 in the one bedroom (double bed), however a sofa bed (in lounge area) MAY BE available - at $20.00 per night - for 1 night ONLY for emergency stop overs AND NOT FOR EXTENDED STAYS - MUST BE PRE BOOKED. - there is only small HWS, tank water and on site septic disposal which limits the amount of guests. We reserve the right to limit or cancel guests if we have had insufficient rainfall to supply water tanks to sustain water use to cottage and further bookings - this could be on short notice. All linen/towels etc . are supplied (not emergency sofa which is extra). There is a small kitchen equipped with microwave, hot plates and small toaster oven. The lounge has TV/DVD (with library of titles if weather is inclement), CD player, books and games. Your hosts have a plunge POOL which you are welcome to use - by request. Your private fenced courtyard has undercover outdoor furniture for 2 and 4 burner gas BBQ (smoking is permitted outside only). Breakfast (eggs, bacon, bread, juice or cereals and fruit) can be supplied for you to cook (extra charge) - please make prior arrangements. Tea, coffee, milk (long life for beverages) , sugar, cooking spray oils, salt & pepper, jam, honey & vegimite & butter are complimentary.
There are no laundry facilites in the cottage - however for stays longer than 2 nights arrangements can be made with your hosts laundry - no problem just ask.

Dog & horse accommodation & how to get to Yarramin Park

A trampoline dog/cat bed, padded bedding with sheet, food and water bowls are supplied for well behaved furry friends. 1 dog is free per night - additional dog $10.00 per night. (maximum 2 dogs/cats) There are also stables available (please book prior to tenancy) and a number of fenced paddocks with dams for your horses. Horse feed can be supplied - prior arrangements need to be made for this and will attract an extra charge.

Pets - Dog/Horses/Cats - Pet Policy - Conditions of Letting Yarramin Cottage for animals (if applicable) will be sent to tenants on enquiry and/or deposit paid and payment of balance is agreement of conditions contained therein.

We only allow dogs who are toilet trained and generally over 1 year old - as there are carpeted areas and soiling by pups can be a major problem for guests coming after you if there is not time to have the carpet cleaned (which would be at your expense).

Dogs are not permitted to run unleashed in paddocks with horses and foals.

The property IS NOT suitable for toddlers/children or those who are not proficient swimmers - there are several unfenced dams and a swimming pool. A child, if permitted (over 12 years), who can swim, however is never to be left unattended at pool area.

Getting to Yarramin Park

We are 2 1/2 hours from Sydney's northside and 1 1/2 hours from Newcastle. Take The Lakesway turnoff, north of Bulahdelah on the Pacific Highway (Seal Rocks, Pacific Palms, Smiths Lake sign) and travel for 20 mins. (23kms) to reach Yarramin Park at 8 Racecourse Road, Bungwahl (Cnr. The Lakesway and Racecourse Road). Turn left into Racecourse Rd and we are first property on right. If travelling from Forster/Tuncurry - travel 1/2 hour on the The Lakesway from Forster, do not deviate from road and after passing thru. Bungwahl town (1 shop/petrol station) take first turn right into Racecourse Road. You can also access from Pacific Highway if travelling from further North Coast and and take Seal Rocks, Pacific Palms, Smiths Lake turnoff as above.
