Near new 2 storey home completed . It has 5 brms, sleeps 12 with 2 1/2 bathrooms, all fully tiled.
The home has 9 and 10 foot ceilings with fully ducted airconditioning and stone benchtops throughout the kitchen and vanities.
There is an inground swimming pool with outdoor undercover bbq area. The lounge room and family room have plasma t.v's and their is a wii and dvd player for entertainment.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. The ensuite has a heated spa bath and double bowl vanity. Downstairs there is another bedroom and powder room only. 3 toilets, 2 showers, 1 bath, 1 spa bath. There are also two living areas, one tiled and one carpeted with a plasma t.v. in each area.
The house is in a near new estate which backs onto Sanctuary Cove golf course and is close to Hope Island Resort's golf course and shopping facilities. Westfield shopping centre is 7 minutes away and Dreamworld/Movieworld are 5 mintues by car. Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre 8 mins by car.
Easy access to M1 highway and both Coolangatta and Brisbane Airports.
All prices are for six people.We charge per person per night over that amount and will provide a quote in writing. The longer the stay the more discount can be given.
There is a bond of $750.00 which is refundable upon vacating.
