Description

The apartment is located on the lower level of this 2 storey family home. Fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with spa bath), separate W/C, large living room/kitchen equipped with microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, air-con and general kitchen needs. Extensive outdoor decked area with outdoor setting with BBQ and laundry facilities. Lovely gardens and lawn areas to relax in.
Bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels unless arranged otherwise. Normally only provided to those coming from overseas or country areas.

THINGS TO DO

Enjoy the sunsets over Blue Bay or stroll 300mtrs to Doddi's Beach and relax with a coffee or snack at the Dome Coffee Shop. Small childrens playground nearby.
Excellent swimming beaches within 5 minutes stroll. 20 minute walk into the main cafe strip of Mandurah and children's playground.
Hire canoes and spend a morning on the estuary or take a boat trip around the canals.
Maybe you would like to enjoy one of the many shows at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre or a movie at the theatre complex.
5 minute drive to Kings Carnival for the family.

BOOKING FEE

A deposit is to be paid to secure booking which is non refundable. Amount notified when applying for booking but generally around 20%.

A bond of $200 is payable with final payment. The bond will be refunded after checkout providing property is left as you found it. Full payment (including bond) required 7 days prior to check-in.

Check-in time 2.00pm. Check-out time 10.00am.

  • "We have visited Australia on numerous occasions and Shirley and Ian's accommodation made this just the best holiday yet for us. The location is just brilliant with easy access to just about everything. The accommodation is spacious and spotless. Ian and Shirley could not do enough for us - we only had to ask should we want anything. We will certainly visit Ian and Shirley again but for a longer period of time, although we did say for five weeks this time. Thank you Shirley and Ian - see you again soon"

  • "WOW what a great weekend, this house is wonderful to spend a lazy weekend or longer. We took our two cavalier spaniels who spent the three days playing with the chickens and investigating the amasing garden. Our two teenage daughters loved the beach (2 min walk) and the trampoline, collecting the eggs was an adventure. Hubby took out his boat for a day of crabbing and I lazed around with a lovely glass of wine. This house is beautifully decorated and the spa and beds were a dream. We will definately be back"

  • "we loved the stay at Shayne st holiday home, perfect place for respite, I took the lady i care for and Ian the owner was wonderful with her she loved looking around the beautiful gardens with the flowers and veggies and the banana tree which we got to sample the fresh bananas, the spa was just the best therapy at the end of the day she loved it and so did we thankyou Ian,we will most definetly be back...
