Description

Comfortable, modern 3 brm house, sleeps 6-8 : 1 queen-sized bed, 1 double, 2 singles, 1 sofa bed, 1 portable cot, 2 bathrooms, BBQ facilities, covered patio.
Great fully-fenced backyard and shelter for dogs, only 8 minutes level walk for you and your family to the beach. Off-leash dog beach only 5 minutes drive away.
Walk to local shops and bowling club with bistro. Enjoy walks, fishing, golf and horse riding in the area.
Property is equipped with: T.V's, DVD, CD player, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, table tennis table, high chair and BBQ.
You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Pillows and doonas supplied.
We request that you do not smoke in the house. Well behaved dogs welcome, however we do not accommodate cats.
Cleaning fee may be applicable.

Location

Mollymook is 2.5 hours drive south of Sydney and just 2-3 minutes drive from Ulladulla and Milton. There is a smalll local shopping centre about 4 - 5 minutes walk away, with a supermarket, take-away, great deli and bakery, butcher, chemist and newsagent.
There are several craft and antique shops in Ulladulla and Milton, various art galleries and a good choice and variety of restaurants. The area offers a very relaxing holiday with a choice of several swimming beaches, canoeing, cinema in Ulladulla and off-leash beaches for your dog.

Beaches : Narrawallee, Mollymook, Rennies, Racecourse, Dolphin Point, Wairo, Tabourie and more.
Leash-free areas for your dog : Colliers Beach, beach area on north side of Ulladulla Harbour (near boat ramp), centre of Mollymook Beach between 4pm and 8pm.
Walks ; Buddawang Ranges (Pigeon House & Castle Rock), Meroo & Murramurrang coastal parks, South Narrawallee nature reserve, Pebbly Beach, One Track for All (North Headland Ulladulla Harbour).
Recreation : Hilltop 18 hole golf course, Mollymook beach 9 hole golf course, canoeing Lake Tabourie, mini-golf Burrill Lake, surfing schools, swimming, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, Ulladulla Leisure Centre with gym, indoor pool and kids activities.
There is also Ulladulla Arcadia Twin Cinema and Timezone.
