  • "Our stay at Lorraine's property in Winchelsea was exactly what we needed to finish off the year. It was a truly memorable time for our family (especially the dog). The home was immaculate and comfortable with great attention to detail. The farm animals at our back fence every day was a wonderful treat for the children (and mum and dad!) and we all really look forward to our next stay. Thank you so much again Lorraine from the Ellis family..."
    Matthew and Laura, January 2011

  • "We enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It is obvious that Lorraine (owner) has put a lot of time and thought into making her house a pleasure for people to stay in. Beautiful leadlight windows and doors, pictures, flowers, and garden. Lots of books cd's and games. A beautiful large comfortable home with everything you need, great for a couple or a large family. Loved the horses and sheep. Best of all we could take our dog who loves to go on holiday with us. We will recommend Winchelsea to our friends and will definatley stay again. Thank you Lorraine."

  • "what a lovely cottage house! big and spacious with regular visits from the horses. it was only a short drive to lorne and if it wasn't for trying to make it back to beat the rain we could have stopped for raspberries nearby. we would definitely come back and stay again."

  • "With a small group of friends, we recently stayed at "Winch" and our general reaction was "fantastic". We particularly enjoyed the charm of the Victorian dining room, and playing through the CD collection in the modernized lounge room. The renovations and facilities are very tasteful and of a very high standard. "
