Better than a hotel, with beautiful furnishings, linen & a fully equipped kitchen & outdoor BBQ area.

The comfortable Living room has ample seating & TV/DVD.
This leads directly to wrap around verandha & small landscaped rear yard, both with district views.

'The Grace' has been sympathetically renovated while maintaining it's original charachter.
Polished floors, timber panelling & return Verandha team with two new stylish bathrooms & open plan kitchen to make 'The Grace' a perfect base to explore the local attractions.

Three full bedrooms come complete with all linen.
Bedoom one has a comfortable double bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, while the remaing bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite.

This combination easily sleeps 6.

There is also a seperate kids loft for the adventurous (accessible only by ladder), with a single bed & bean bags.

All Linen & towelling supplied.

Espresso machine with ground Coffee & Teas supplied.

Book Friday & Saturday & recieve Sunday for only an extra $50 dollars. (not available long weekends)

Pricing

Only $210 per night Friday & Saturday nights - this works out at ONLY $70.00 per bedroom.

Pricing is a flat rate for the entire house, there is no charge for extra guests.
