This central apartment offers open plan living spread over one level featuring a wrap around balcony with 180 degree views. You can sleep well in the King Koil Royale beds with a king size in the master (with ensuite), and second and third bedrooms featuring a queen and two single beds.

The living area features a dining table for 6, a leather lounge suite, an occasional chair, TV, DVD player, stereo and many other thoughtful extras throughout the apartment which means you can have a great place to enjoy while away from home.

Ideally positioned, the MCG, Melbourne Park, Rod Laver Arena, Yarra River trails and Royal Botanic Gardens are all within 15 or so minutes of the apartment by either walking or catching the tram at Swan Street.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
