Whilst fully renovated, Milton retains much of its original character together with contemporary features. A light filled open plan living room incorporating a stunning designer open plan kitchen overlooks the entertainers deck where you can relax and enjoy alfresco dining and north facing landscaped garden.

A master bedroom with built in robes and beautiful bay window has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed that can split to 2 singles if required. All bedrooms are fitted with built in robes.

A state of the art bathroom provides a full sized bath and separate shower and double vanities. Laundry facilities are also included here with washing machine and dryer.

There is ducted heating throughout as well as reverse cycle airconditioning in the loungeroom.

Located just a short stroll to the beach, St Kilda\'s Botanical gardens and the vibrant cafe and restaurant lifestyle that Elwood and St Kilda have to offer.

Located 8km south of Melbourne CBD, Elwood is a bayside suburb between St. Kilda and Brighton. Located in a lovely tree lined street alongside other character homes and is within easy walking to cafes and restaurants, St. Kilda attractions, and public transport.

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement

Thanks to the owner for sharing this absolutely beautiful place with us! We had a great time at Milton. Loved the house and it\'s perfectly chosen interior very much. We came all the way from Switzerland and felt right at home. The back yard was perfect for our little boy who enjoyed staying here as much as we did.
