THE PAVILION is a luxurious, beachfront Buré style cottage set within the gardens of one of the Sunshine Coast’s most exclusive, multi-million dollar homes. Without doubt, one of the Coast’s most elite holiday properties. Nestled behind the main house, The Pavilion's secluded setting affords our guests complete privacy yet easy access to the magnificent Shelly Beach.

Fall asleep to the soporific sounds of the ocean surf each night… wonderful!!

PRIVATE DECK: A private deck and garden area affords outdoor living, yet a few paces takes you to the heated pool area. A few more paces across the beach reserve will deliver you onto one of the Sunshine Coast’s most beautiful, undisturbed and peaceful sandy beaches.

POOLDECK: Relax and enjoy breathtaking ocean surf views from the pooldeck on the finest of outdoor pool furniture. Watch ocean-going liners and yachts sail by. See surfers as they catch wave after wave. Gaze at humpback whales frolic and play as they make their way along the coast. Sunbathe or enjoy the swimming pool. (Pool is heated during the high seasons)

RESTAURANTS: A short beachside walk to the North will take you to Moffat Beach and its renowned cafes. A short walk to the South, in King’s Beach, you can find one of the area’s finest restaurants.

FURNISHINGS & AMENITIES: The Pavilion comprises a 5 Star hotel standard, Buré styled accommodaton with a bedroom area, sitting area, kitchenette ares laid out in an open-plan design, with a luxury en suite shower room, toilet and and vanity.

The Pavilion is designed to provide the most luxurious and romantic of retreat accommodation for a discerning couple.

Conceived as a luxury retreat, it provides a tranquil setting for an idyllic break away from the stresses of everyday life. The cathedral ceiling provides a spacious ambience while the ducted air conditioning will ensure that your comfort is guaranteed. The finishings are high quality throughout with stone benchtops and imported floor tiles.

The luxury of the Pavilion is complemented by its top-of-the-range furnishings: Italian designed, woven leather loungers and footstools; leather sofa and Italian designer coffee table.
Bi-fold doors open to your own private deck providing a wonderful indoor/outdoor open living area. During the Coast’s winter nights al fresco living remains comfortable in front of your private log burning fireplace.

Step inside and you will find understated elegance, style and quality throughout. The striking interior will appeal to every discerning guest. Truly superb!

The Pavilion is also able to host your pet dog, if it is 'petite' and well behaved. The garden is pet fenced and has some shady spots for when the sun is high. Shelly Beach has 'leash off' period late afternoon/early evening and is a wonderul spot for dogs to romp. The path along the Beach Reserve is a very popular place to walk dogs.

HD/DVD television is available.

Inspections are welcomed.

The Pavilion is, without doubt, the Coast’s most luxurious holiday accommodation. Relax, unwind & pamper yourself with the lavish indulgence that you deserve. All you need bring is togs, sunscreen… and a smile!!

A luxury Day Spa operates at nearby Moffat Beach.
