OUTDOOR AREAS

This home features a wrap-around deck of massive proportions, providing a variety of outside areas for entertaining and relaxing. Private and peaceful, it offers an opportunity for taking in the beach, bush and wildlife Wye River is renowned for.

The main deck area off the open plan living space is partly covered to provide year round enjoyment and has views to Kennet Point and to Anglesea. Set amidst the tree tops, there are regular visits and viewing of koalas, parrots, kookaburras and other bird life.

Easily accessible from the home is the Otway State Forrest, which borders the back of the property and provides open recreational space for children and easy access to a range of bushwalks.

Wye itself is close driving distance to nearby Lorne (15 min), Apollo Bay (20min), the Otway Fly Walk and the Twelve Apostles.

Hi Peter,
I am writing to say my wife and I really enjoyed our time at Wyed Views last week - we found the house perfect for our needs and loved sitting back at night with the gas fire flickering away. We got some great contact with the wild life, including a very close encounter with a koala out the back of the property. Our 8 month son got a big thrill from this.
