Booking fee
The $400 paid at time of booking secures your booking
and is also the bond which will be refunded providing the property is left in the condition in which you found it.
Full payment then needs to be made 5 days prior to check in.
Check in time is 2pm
Check out time is 12pm (late check out can usually be arranged if requested)
