This modern 2-bedroom, Spencer Street City apartment has great city views and is directly opposite Etihad Stadium, Southern Cross Station and the Spencer Street shopping plaza. Pay trams 86 and 70 pick up right outside the building, and the free city circle tram is only a block and a half away.

We charge per apartment, not per person.

Discounts apply to bookings of 7-nights or more.

Bookings of 10-nights or longer are offered a free weekly mid-stay apartment clean, which includes changing bed linen and refreshing bath towels.

1st Bedroom - 1 x queen bed
2nd Bedroom - 1 x king bed, or 2 x long-single (twin beds)
Living Room - 1 x sofa bed (sofa bed linen - $30 charge).

Porta-cots and high chairs are available upon request (at no charge) - cot linen is not supplied.

One free under-building car parking space is provided.

This brand new, air-conditioned, 2 bedroom, 14th floor corner apartment has great city views and is very well located on the corner of Little Bourke and Spencer Streets in the Melbourne City Centre (CBD). It's directly opposite Etihad Stadium, Southern Cross Station and the fabulous shopping at the Spencer Street Shopping Plaza (formerly called DFO).

Lock your car away in the under-building car park for the entire time your here, because the trains, trams, and free city circle transport are right on your doorstep. From this very exciting and convenient location you can easily access all Melbourne's attractions and popular tourist spots.

The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms and one central bathroom with shower (no bath) and laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the open-plan living/dining area and is fully-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The living/dining area is stylishly furnished and includes a 2.5-seater sofa lounge, which converts to a sofa bed for a fifth person. The living room also contains an 81cm widescreen/flatscreen LCD television and surround sound lifestyle system. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and windows offering fresh air and natural light.

Other features include; reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning, intercom, electronic door entry system, lift access, and remote control access to one free under-building car parking space.
