This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located on the 18th floor of 668 Bourke Street, near the corner of Bourke & Spencer Streets in the Melbourne City Centre (CBD). It has great city views and is right across the road from Etihad Stadium, Southern Cross Station and the Spencer Street factory outlet shopping plaza. Pay trams 86, 96, 70 & 75 pick up right outside the building, and the free city circle tram is only a couple of blocks away. There are also 2 tennis courts, a gymnasium and a 25 metre indoor heated swimming pool in the complex.
One free under-building car parking space is provided.
Internet - there is free WiFi to the apartment for browsing only (no downloads).

The kitchen overlooks the open-plan living/dining area and is well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The living/dining area is stylishly furnished and includes a 3-seater sofa lounge, which converts to a sofa bed for a fifth person. The living room also contains an 81cm LCD television, dvd player and sound system with iPod dock. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and windows offering fresh air and natural light.
