bed 3.... bunk beds. All bedrooms are upstairs. TV/PS2 games.
The lounge/games room has a pool table and leather 3+2 lounge suite. The family room has another 3+2 leather lounge to watch the new large plasma TV or to listen to the CD player.
The modern kitchen contains all cooking/eating utensils and outside is a new BBQ, outdoor table, chairs and swing chair.

The unit is only 50 m from the beach and is 100 m from a small shopping centre featuring a 7 day supermarket, liquor store, post office, hairdresser, restaurant, greengrocer, butcher, coffee and pastry shop.
Nearby are safe swimming and surfing beaches, the Hillarys Boat Harbour, boardwalk of tourist shopping and eating areas. 20 minutes away from Perth and Fremantle. Ferries leave for whale watching and Rottnest Island. from Fremantle and Hillarys.
There are safe walking and cycling pathways along the coast and around the natural lake and bush parks of North Beach.
A golf, tennis and bowling club are all within 3 minutes by car.
A bus stop is 100 m away. The bus goes via large shopping centres to the train station where a train connects to Perth and its suburbs.
