4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 living areas, stainless galley eat-in kitchen, fully air conditioned. Timber floors, glass louvres, contemporary furniture, weathered timber decks that extend out over river. Large floating pontoon to fish off.
Sunken pit for lounging, sleeping and eating covered with remote control Vergola louvred roof. Sit and watch the boats pass by day or look at the wonderland of lights of Surfers Paradise by night. It doesn't get more relaxing than this.
Japanese inspired entry garden. Walk over the large rectangular pond with cascading waterfall.
Stroll 15 mins into Surfers Paradise or 10 mins into Broadbeach for cafes & shopping & Casino. Walk 4 blocks and you are on one of the best patrolled beaches in Australia.

  • "It was a truly magical & tranquil stay for my partner & I - plus our guests were truly impressed with the home, views and atmosphere. It is a place that will blow you away. My partner bought his camera and was taking advantage of the beautiful scenes utilising the day & night mode. We also enjoyed the privately owned jetty & made time to fish.   • "mmmm quite the loveliest holiday accommodation we've stayed in in Australia. The only negative was having to drag ourselves away after a terrific 9 night stay. When we were first shown through the front door we couldn't believe the incredible view of the water 'playground' out the back. Which just happens to be against a backdrop of Q1 and the skyrise of surfers. My hubbie and I have always wanted to stay on the river for a change and we weren't disappointed. We both appreciate good real estate and this house is something special. Incredibly tasteful and exceptionally well thought out. Didn't feel like leaving our Monaco 'resort' at all, but when we needed supplies everything was easily on hand and the beach is a very short drive away. Truly amazing. World war III could be going on out the front of this property and you wouldn't know a thing about it out the back. What a treat - thanks so much for letting us stay Jasmine. "

  • "This house was like a dream, as soon as you walk in you immediately feel relaxed. Either go outside to the pool and laze in the sun or watch as all the boats go by, even read a book in the nice out door area. You can fish on the jetty or bring your own boat. Me and my family had a fantastic time cooking in the very well equiped kitchen would highly recommend this place. "

  • "The house was more than perfect for our week holiday with friends. The facilities were more than accommodating, and the house offered great space for spending time together and time apart. The outdoor area was a hit with the guys spending most of their time fishing off their pontoon or in the pool. Jasmine and Wayne were both very helpful throughout our stay and i would highly reccommend staying in this beautiful house to families or a group of couples. It was amazing. "
