This modern house has 5 bedrooms, 2 large living areas, ducted heating, R/C cooling, open plan kitchen/dining/living area, main bedroom has a spa ensuite, double garage with a backyard lawn to enjoy and get the kids outdooors with a playground. Close walking distance to the beach, Victoria\'s Adventure Park is 10 minutes drive away, walk to the shopping precinct, parks, a new swimming pool complex and tennis courts. Just take a short drive to mini golf, maze, pick your own strawberries. The house is ideal for a 1-2 familes wanting to enjoy a holiday together. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 tv\'s, 2 DVD\'s, stereo, microwave, coffee machine, board games and washing machine to ensure you can fully relax. Outdoors area has a BBQ and outdoor setting as well as table tennis for anyone who wants a match! It sleeps up to 12 people with 2x Queen beds, 1 double bed, 2 sets of bunks with trundles as well as sofa beds. Kids bedding is required as well as all sheets, pillowcases and towels. Sorry no schoolies bookings. Pets are allowed.
