Our one bedroom apartment in the heart of CBD Melbourne has just been painted and refurbished.
It is fully equipped with wireless internet broadband, printer, fax, CD player, HD TV and DVD player, Miele dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, separate toilet, all cutlery, crockery, bench top ceramic stove and oven, saucepans, cooking gear, microwave, all linen.
It is fully furnished with extra long double bed, comfortable double pull out bed in the main room, dining area, good storage cupboards, King George 111 linen storage box, Chinese sideboard, two Ralph Lauren lounge chairs, etc.
The apartment is within 150 metres of Myer, David Jones and the GPO building yet our lane is very quiet. The lane is home to about 30 people, most of whom stay for years and years, and one of the best coffee shops in the city. A small art gallery specialising in emerging artists is in the lane. The Council make sure that the lane is swept thoroughly almost every day. There is level access to the apartment and it is very secure.
There is a front and back door. The backdoor overlooks Merlin Alley, a private right of way, from where the morning light enters the apartment and in the distance is the GPO building.
