With pristine white sandy beaches just a 3 minute stroll away & shops, cafes, parks, lakes & restaurants within easy walking distance, you’ll think you’re in paradise. If it’s more action you’re after, then there is a variety of water sports on offer such as: kite surfing, wind surfing, dive trips, scuba diving, fishing charters & whale watching.
Maybe you’d like to visit Rottnest Island for a day of exploring & Quokka spotting. Ferries run daily from Hillary’s Boat Harbour (5 minutes drive). Or perhaps a visit to the Swan Valley (30 minutes drive) where you can enjoy a scrumptious lunch & sample some of Western Australia’s finest wines.
If you fancy some serious retail therapy, then head to Whitfords Shopping Centre (5 minutes) or catch the train to Perth City (20 minutes). Public transport is a short 10 minute walk away.
Plenty of entertainment for the children as well with nearby parks & swings (2 minutes walk), cinemas at the Shopping Centre or head down to popular Sorrento Quay’s ‘Great Escape Water Slides’ or perhaps visit ‘AQWA’ - the Aquarium of WA. The list is endless.

All the bedrooms are upstairs with the elegant main bedroom having its own ensuite, ‘reverse cycle’ air conditioner, ceiling fan, television & balcony. Enjoy the balmy summer evenings gazing out over the beautiful lake & park & watch the sunset over the magnificent Indian Ocean. The elevation permits you a rare opportunity to observe a variety of our native birds amongst the natural bushland next door.
The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath, shower, vanity & WC. There is a 3rd WC (powder room) conveniently located downstairs.
Downstairs there is a formal lounge with a ‘reverse cycle’ air conditioner & opens out to a private patio. The ‘open plan’ family/dining/kitchen area has Australian ‘Blackbutt’ timber flooring & leads to the outdoor dining area with a 6 seater outdoor setting. Both living areas have quality leather lounge suites & timber cupboards. A television & DVD player is on hand for your relaxation or to entertain the children.
The kitchen has gas cook top, electric oven, fridge, microwave & dishwasher. Tea, coffee & sugar is provided. A washing machine is also available.
There is also a double garage with remote controlled door for your convenience.
