Description

Kangadoo Cottage is 3.5 Green AAA Star property that is fully equipped and self contained. It is nestled into the hillside and enjoys beautiful views down through the valley. The birds and wildlife will amaze you.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a single. The second bedroom contains two single beds. The sofa in the sitting room converts to a double bed should you require it.
The kitchen has everything you require including store cupboard necessities. Alternatively you can BBQ on the large balcony and watch the kangaroos grazing nearby.
Enjoy a swim or a game of billiards at the homestead.
If the peace and tranquillity gets too much for you there is a large library of DVDs available.

The 100 acre property adjoins Crown Land providing beautiful walks.
Kangadoo Cottage is the perfect get-away for a romantic weekend or family fun.
Kate runs Kandoo Equine, training horses, from the property and you are welcome to come and watch.
The children will also enjoy hunting for yabbies in the various dams on the property. (Please note: The property is unsuitable for toddlers due to the various unfenced water hazards).

In the Area

Goulburn is just 15mins drive and has a good selection of shops and restaurants and activities such as golf. In the other direction, the Southern Highland villages are famous for their antique shops and fine dining.
