This fully-furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom residence boasts stylish dcor, including feature walls and striking wall art. It is only five minutes walk to the sand and surf.

Enter the front door a terrace courtyard with a BBQ and wrought-iron table and seating where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening meal

There is good cross ventilation from sea breezes to cool down during the summer heat or take a short walk to one of Sydney's most popular beaches to splash in the waves.

Bedroom One boasts spectacular ocean views where you can spread out your legs to read a book, tap away on your lap top or stretch out for a snooze on the double bed.

It also has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed light plus a sunroombalcony where you can sip a glass of wine and watch day turn into night.

Bedroom Two features a queen-size bed, hanging rails, chest of draws and matching cabinet. The bathroom is modern with a shower-over-bath and all linen and towels are supplied.

Cooking is a pleasure in the user-friendly kitchen fully-equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator

The comfortable Lounge Room and Dining Room has two sofas and a dining table to seat 6. Enjoy the best of entertainment with the TV, DVDCD player and stereo system with surround sound.

You can access a laundry at the rear via steps down the side of the house. The laundry is locked but accessible to the tenant. There is no clothes drier, but there is an eco-friendly rotary clothesline where clothes can dry in the sun.

Outside the laundry there is a spacious, grassy area facing the ocean with table and chairs that can be used for picnics or as a play area for children.

A bond of $1500 is required to secure this rental; this is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the property. There is also a $200 charge for a professional departure clean. Internet connection is supplied upon request; there is an initial charge of $120 for up to 4 weeks use, each subsequent month is $60.

There is no parking with this property, but restricted 2 hr street parking or unlimited parking in nearby Albert St. Alternatively, take advantage of public transport or stroll to shops and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

A short bus ride will take you into the city or Circular Quay and the Rocks area where there is a host of shops, restaurants and cafes to experience.

Bronte is teeming with leisure activities including great surfing, swimming, strolling through spacious parklands or sipping coffees at one of a half a dozen sidewalk cafes.

This vibrant community is also renowned for its annual long distance swim in December between the gorgeous beachside suburbs of Bondi and Bronte. And the coastal cliff walk between these two destinations is a slice of heaven.
