Freshly renovated 4 bedroom, single storey home that sleeps 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite , its own balcony and built-in wardrobe. A second bedroom has a queen size bed and built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds with built-in wardrobe while the fourth bedroom has a set of bunk-beds and set of draws. There is a separate toilet and bathroom, with the bathroom containing a spa bath.
The main living area contains a dining table and lounge focused around a large screen plasma TV (and DVD) with double doors leading to the outside entertaining area and BBQ.
A second living area with lounge and large screen plasma TV (and DVD) provides a separate area for kids to watch their own DVDs or play games.
The kitchen is a modern design with stainless steel dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
A separate laundry contains a front-end washing machine and dryer.
The small level backyard contains both grassed and paved areas, including a clothes line.
There is under cover parking for two cars and off-street parking for another two cars.
This is a great place to relax and unwind.
Put the car away and enjoy the laid-back Copacabana beach and surrounds.
No smoking...No pets....
The property is available to families only. No schoolies or party groups are welcome. We also do not take mid-week only bookings.
The house is fully secure with deadlocks and back to base alarm system.
