"It is very cheerful and cosy. Standing in the living room looking at the spectacular ocean on one side and the bushland on the other was great, almost like being outdoors whilst still inside. Every possible need was catered for - warmth (on the cold windy weekend we were there), books, games, music, a fully stocked kitchen all within walking distance to the beach and Zac’s Cafe". Z.K., Canberra, ACT

"The upstairs balcony - this is where we spent most of our weekend... reading, eating meals, sipping wine, dozing... and one night watching huge kangaroos run past down the road!" T.H., Sydney NSW

Guest Reviews
We had a lovely two weeks over Christmas at High Tide which is bright and modern and backing onto the reserve where kangaroos and rabbits kept the kids entertained. We spent a lot of time on the upper balconey soaking in the outlook (with some sea view) and enjoying the breeze. The big games box with books was great too. The house is a bit of a walk to the beach but once you slow down, you get into the spirit of ambling down for a swim.

Top place to stay. Had everything that we needed to just enjoy ourselves whilst at Currarong.
Very peaceful location that was ideally situated on the outskirts of Currarong where we could just sit back and listen to the birds sing and the kangaroos pass by of an evening whilst relaxing over a bottle of red wine.

We had THE most relaxing, wonderful 4 nights at High Tide. Currarong is a jewel- and the surrounds are just magic. As recommended by the owners of High Tide, we loved swimming at Cabbage Tree Beach, Honeymoon Bay and more- and the accomodation is just divine.
We'll be back, thanks so much!
