Main Bedroom with Spa, 2nd bedroom double bed, 3rd bedroom two bunks sleeping 4.

Features include - 2xT.V's, 1xDVD/Video, Stereo/CD Player, Nintendo, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, aircon/heating, BBQ, outdoor setting & double carport.

A bond is required and this is refunded after satisfactory house inspection on departure.

Linen hire is dependant on the beds required and will be added to the tariff amount.

Linen packs include doona cover, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats & tea towels.

Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy:

Minimum of 2 nights on weekends.

Check in time is after 2pm and check out time is 10.00AM, unless by prior arrangement.

50% of daily room rate is charged for extensions up to 6PM. After 6PM full day room rates will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

If the cancelled date can be re-booked, or if there is a period of 14 days before the booked date, the deposit may be transferred to a new date. Otherwise cancellation will result in the loss of 50% of total :"No shows" will incur a full charge.

Please note, there is no refund on unused portions of packages also early departures are not eligible for any refunds
