This luxury apartment is extremely spacious and has three bedrooms that will comfortably sleep 6 adults. Just 100m from the main street, and a short walk to the main beach, the central location ensures you won't need your car to get around town.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with the other two rooms each with two single beds (no bunk beds). All rooms have spacious built-in-robes and there are additional folding beds and port-a-cot for infants.

The open-plan kitchen is ideal for entertaining and is well stocked with everything you need. There is amble room with indoor & outdoor dining for 8 people with a large balcony and gas BBQ.

Modern bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Seperate WC. Comfortable, air-con lounge room with TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo. There are several recent release DVD's and family games to keep you entertained.

Location

Sawtell is a small piece of paradise that has been untouched by the developers and will remain that way.

Located just south of Coffs Harbour and easily accessible off the Pacfic Highway between Brisbane (400km) and Sydney (600km).

Direct Qantas and Virgin Blue flights from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth to Coffs Harbour.

Surrounding areas include Coffs Harbour, Nambucca Heads, Urunga, Bellingen and Dorrigo which are all ideal for day trips.

Local Attractions

Sawtell is renown for it's beautiful beaches. This apartment is just 5 minutes walk to Main Beach which provided a safe and secure area for families. There is also a local creek - Bonville Creek - for younger children or those who prefer calmer waters.

The local tennis courts, lawn bowls and golf course are all within walking distance. For the keen golfer, there are many other courses within a short drive, including the world class Bonville International Golf course.

Just 100m to First Avenue you will find local cafes, gourmet restaurants and boutique shops. There is a local cinema with latest release movies for all ages as well as great Australian movies.

There are three licenced clubs within 5 mins walk - RSL, Bowling and Golf that host great entertainment. Additionally the Sawtell Hotel is a gem that hosts regular live entertainment and has a great beer garden.

So much to do, all within a short walk. A truly great place to holiday.

Everything was beautifully presented in the unit. People who have difficulty with stairs should be aware that there are around 15 steps to get into the unit. "
