Welcome to Island Views. We offer a lovely, comfortable two storey house with views of Westernport Bay, in a fantastic central location.
The property has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 separate living areas, with reverse cycle air conditioning & heating upstairs & down. There is a 50" Plasma, DVD player with surround sound in the upstairs living room and a 42" Plasma & DVD player in the family room downstairs.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed (with linen supplied), a TV and a spa bath ensuite. Downstairs, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 bunks (double beds on bottom - singles on top).
The stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The large laundry has a washing machine ( with soap powder provided), clothes dryer, iron & ironing board and there is an outdoor clothes line.
The large deck with bi-fold doors opens out from the family room upstairs, with a stainless steel BBQ for your use. There is a carport and a large, secure backyard.
